Built at the end of the 16th century along the Tiburtina Valeria road, this church has been for a long time a stopover for pilgrims on their journey.

Built by the Confraternity of Saint Roch, on 16th August, it welcomed the procession - dedicated to the Saint - coming from the Church of Saint Sabino located inside the walls of the village. The exterior has a simple form and presents portals which may have been reused by other buildings. The first portal is molded and shows the emblem of the Orsini Family while the second one is simply ashlar work. Originally this church had a single hall with wooden trusses and it underwent several changes including the construction of the sacristy in 1788 by the will of the village Councillor Francorsi and the erection of interior segmental arches, supported by half columns placed against the original masonry. Of particular interest is the altar wall, which holds a fresco depicting the four Saints Lawyers of the Church in a praying position towards the Virgin Mary.
